On the occasion of the 10th anniversary of TSATSAS, the Deutsches Ledermuseum is dedicating an extensive solo exhibition to the creative work of Esther and Dimitrios Tsatsas.

In the form of ÉTUI, Saskia Diez and Esther and Dimitrios Tsatsas are presenting a collaboration that combines the three designers’ respective fields of expertise – a protective leather case for the favorite items of jewelry.
Four years after the launch of the first SO_FAR edition, TSATSAS is presenting a second edition with the SACAR S bag in a combination of leather and fabrics by Raf Simons for Kvadrat.
The hand-luggage-sized leather suitcase is designed by architect David Chipperfield and Esther and Dimitrios Tsatsas, by not only defining the trios‘s requirements for a piece of luggage but also their desire for a more mindful approach to travel.

On the occasion of its 5th anniversary in December 2017, TSATSAS released the project “Constant Companions”. 24 international personalities captured their individual view on their own TSATSAS product on camera, resulting in a printed publication and an exhibition.
Addressing the subject of movement, Esther and Dimitrios Tsatsas designed their clutch bag TAPE back in 2017. The collaborative film by musician Chinaski, photographer Gerhardt Kellermann and designer Ana Relvão played with TAPE’s idiosyncrasies, perfecting the interaction between sound and movement.
Based on photographs of the TSATSAS collection taken in Paris in early 2017 by Dimitrios Tsatsas, CLOSER plays with the elision of distance, showing the ephemeral and the transient nature of a moment.
The project SO_FAR presented five limited versions of the tote bag FLUKE, each in a combination of natural calfskin leather and fabrics from the Raf Simons collection of Danish textile company Kvadrat.
Exploring an object‘s boundaries was the initial of the installation “Where I end and you begin“, first shown during the Berliner Mode Salon 2016 to highlight the transitions within pieces of the TSATSAS collection.
Being part of the first edition of 10 by Yatzer, TSATSAS presented a special limited edition of the OTHER ONE pouch bag in black and white lamb nappa on the occasion of the Milan Design Week 2016.
Esther and Dimitrios Tsatsas opened their new atelier and very first store in November 2015 in Frankfurt/Main. Boasting 100 square meters of floor space the rooms bring together sales area, showroom, model workshop and office facilities of the brand in a single location.
In November 2014, British furniture maker Vitsoe welcomed the founders and designers of TSATSAS in its Munich showroom for a joint exhibition of high-quality leather bags in conjunction with Vitsoes furniture collection following the original designs of Dieter Rams.
