Fashion designer Kostas Murkudis and designer duo Esther and Dimitrios Tsatsas have joined forces on a long-term collaborative project based on their common love for materials, cuts and proportions. SESSION 01 is a collection of garments and bags, handcrafted in Germany and based on two contrasting materials: Delicate French lace and natural Scandinavian calfskin.
Based on the iconic design of the LATO bag, created in 2019, this soft tote plays with its inside and outside by combining two contrasting materials. Soft cotton lace, manufactured in the town of Caudry, France, by a family business with more than 130 years of tradition, wraps around a bag body made of supple calfskin, letting the luxurious leather hide inside to be experienced only by the wearer. The spacious interior of the tote holds all your everyday essentials, while a detachable zipped leather pouch provides secure storage for the most precious items. The bag can be carried by hand or worn over the shoulder.
